We currently offer face to face and telephone services across County Durham between 8am and 7pm as part of our provision, including:
- GP Surgeries
- Community Venues
- Secondary Care Inpatient Support
- DARS and SMI clinics
- Workplaces
An appointment must be booked prior to attending a clinic.
- Please note that our clinic locations are subject to change and this list is updated regularly.
- You must be registered with the GP practice to access GP clinic venues.
- Telephone support appointments are also available Monday-Friday.
